Event Code of Conduct

All participants and speakers at the event are required to agree with the following code of conduct to help ensure a safe environment for everybody throughout the event.

We value the participation of all and want to ensure that all participants have an enjoyable experience and safe environment during the event. Therefore, all participants are expected to engage with a respectful behavior and interact with courtesy with other participants and speakers.

The event aims to provide a space for a constructive dialogue and exchange of views and opinions. We are dedicated to provide a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.

Behaviour

You will behave in a way as to create a safe and supportive environment for all virtual event participants (via live stream, break-out discussion, Slido and social media interaction),whether they are moderators, speaker, facilitators, participants or organisers.You will not engage in demeaning or disruptive speech and/or behavior; or otherwise interfere with the virtual event or other individuals’ participation in the virtual event.

You will not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or threatening speech or behavior, including (but not limited to) relating to race, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, or other protected category.

You will comply with the instructions of the moderators, breakout rooms facilitators and any virtual event staff.

You will comply with all applicable laws.

Consequences

Breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future live and virtual events.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact the organizer by email eu-fra-events@mci-group.com
